What an absolute luxury to afford myself all this undivided attention to my own specific,
(and all too often unmet) Supernatural needs!
I make Luscious Love to a beautiful bowl of the rosiest organic raspberries, bananas, and Costen (right here in BC!) gorgeously home grown fresh cantaloupe. Savouring many earthly delights as I reminisce over all I have done for myself (and inadvertently, others...) this finest of Vancouver Summer Days.
Earlier, at sunrise, Kaelin and I shared a wee and wondrous walk and bike ride before I entered into the soundest of forgotten sleeps. For a whole uninterrupted 2 1/2 hours! So itchy I could barely wish to stay awake (let alone - sleep) due to a most probably more than somewhat depleted adrenal/endocrine system. Time for Kundalini...
Close to an hour (closer to Peace) of yoga later and I'm stretched out at rooftop, ready to handle whatever this World all too often throws my Love felt way. Time to read through a couple of my most recently written affirmation journals and give myself the credit (why wait for others to do it for me?) I deserve!
One deeply moving email read and divinely answered. A young Edwardian gentlemen I so perfectly and recently met, with my son, under Mars and a World full of other earthly shining stars.
Most of this planet sleeps as my every sense awakens to what this magical moment brings Me!
